Bill is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, and a graduate of St. Xavier High School and Dartmouth College. Bill resides in Hyde Park with his wife Nicole and sons Ronan & Otto. During his free time, Bill enjoys playing squash and golf.

Sarah was raised in Mason, Ohio and attended William Mason High School. She became interested in real estate in 2011 after purchasing her first home in Northside, Cincinnati. Before joining the Draznik Group, Sarah worked in property management, condo management, and commercial leasing for a prominent developer in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood.

Sarah lives in the Wyoming neighborhood with her husband, Bill, and their two daughters, Dylan and Sydney.

Diane Romelli is the Marketing Coordinator for the Draznik Group and she uses her creativity and enthusiasm to help propel the team's vision. She is passionate about communicating what the Draznik Group offers and the many ways we effectively navigate the real estate world. Diane has an extensive history working in the real estate and marketing industry and has a great deal of understanding about the emotional aspects of buying and selling your home.

Diane grew up in College Hill and attended the School for Creative and Performing Arts with a focus in photography. This is where she developed her love for Cincinnati's diverse neighborhoods, rich histories and their architecture. She and her husband Thom, live in Mt. Lookout with their two children Rocco and Elise.
